Do you live in Tennessee, have a library card, and like listening to audiobooks? Then you should definitely check out R.E.A.D.S, the Regional eBook & Audiobook Download System. This great service lets you download (for free) up to 10 audiobooks at a time from their system using the account number from your library card. Each book is available for 14 days using the Overdrive software you have to download. For many of the books, you may also be able to transfer it to a mp3 player or burn it to cds so that you don’t have to be sitting at your computer to listen. I’ve been using the service for over a year and it is fantastic if this is your sort of thing. They have a ton of titles of fiction and non-fiction, so I highly recommend it. An did I mention that it’s free?
